Alina Rodescu-Pitchon, principal
After getting her Master of Architecture from the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Alina worked at
the prestigious firm of I.M.Pei and Partners in New York City, followed by a long affiliation with Costas Kondylis, Architects.
While taking some time off from the working world to be home with her son, Ben, her interest turned toward interior design
as well. Upon re-entering the architecture field five years later, she combined architecture and interior design while working
for a design firm in Greenwich. In 1999, she created Ali & Ben Design Studio and has been steadily growing the practice
to include projects in Wilton, Westport, Weston, Redding, Greenwich, Fairfield and Easton. She is very passionate about her
projects and her clients, and yes, the "Ben" in the name of the Studio is her son.

The Studio
While offering design services for everything from your entire home, addition or renovation to your furniture, is
our main objective, we are very excited to be able to offer full contracting services as well. We can take you through
the construction process by contracting surveyors, engineers, electricians, plumbers, roofers, framers and finishers, among
many others. This really can be your very own, personalized one-stop shop for the home of your dreams!
